Our single flats for one tenant are between 25 and 35 m², the doubles offer you over 40 m² and in the large 2-bedroom flats you have between 70 and 100 m² at your disposal!

Every flat has its own living area, so you will never have to sit on the bed to watch TV (unless you want to!).

Unlimited Freedom & Privacy

Each flat has its own kitchen with a standard refrigerator, cooking plates, a microwave and all other kitchen equipment. You can easily cook your own meals when you don't want to have dinner in a restaurant every day. Like most apartment complexes you can enter our buildings without having to go by the reception desk. Nobody will know when you enter or when you leave, so your privacy is ensured. Our maintenance crew only enters the rooms on request.

Everything you need and more

All the standard home utensils and appliances you can possibly imagine are available in the flat: pots and pans, forks and knives, an electric kettle, a clock radio, a microwave, bed linen, a TV, a stereo, lamps, paintings, all kinds of decoration - it will be your home away from home. Everything is available for your immediate use, and you will be able to receive guests in a comfortable way. The flats have regular home-like furniture which can be moved by the tenants. You can arrange and decorate your flat as you like, designing your 'home away from home' according to your own tastes and needs.
